SPEA’s Executive Education program was founded in 1979 to prepare leaders and managers in government, nonprofit agencies and the private sector to address the unique challenges of their positions.
Graduate-level programs are offered at three sites nationally, including Indianapolis; Washington, D.C.; and Keyport, Washington. Graduate programs include the Master of Public Affairs and the Public Management Certificate. Current clients include the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division.
SPEA's Executive Education Program also provides customized leadership and management programs for clients such as The American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) and the Indiana Hospital Association (IHA). For AASHTO, the Executive Education program conducts The National Transportation Leadership Institute and The Graduate Transportation Leadership Institute, two of the most influential transportation management programs in the nation.
