publicINreview (PIR) is an online periodical (approved, published, and disseminated by School of Public and Environmental Affairs [SPEA] at Indiana University—Purdue University Indianapolis [IUPUI]) to serve as a practitioner guide to best practices and developing industry trends. It was developed by the students of SPEA at IUPUI to enhance their research and writing abilities and in general to improve and expand the practice of public affairs in Indiana.
