Curriculum Vitae
Dr. Ho is an expert on performance measurement and budgeting, e-government, and state and local applied finance. Prior to joining the SPEA IUPUI faculty in 2004, Dr. Ho was an assistant professor of the public administration program at Iowa State University. In recent years, his has been working closely with Sun Yat-Sen University (Guangzhou, China) and the China Development Research Foundation on joint projects related to the Chinese budgetary and administrative reforms.
