Dr. Lindsey joined SPEA in 1991 as a member of the planning faculty. He has served as the associate dean for SPEA's Indianapolis programs since January 2004. Due to his research in greenways and urban trails, he was named the Duey-Murphy Professor of Rural Land Policy in 2000. Since 2004, Professor Lindsey has been a Scholar with the Center for Urban Policy and the Environment and a Faculty Fellow Randall L. Tobias Center for Leadership Excellence, Kelley School of Business.
