Dr. Jarjoura joined the SPEA IUPUI faculty in 1993. He is the founder of AIM, a mentoring program for incarcerated youth making the transition from corrections to community. In 2007, he initiated Indiana's first Inside Out Prison Exchange Program, a class that included residents of the Plainfield Re-Entry Educational Facility and IUPUI students.
