For the 2007-2008 academic year, SPEA graduate student tuition rates are $285.19 /credit for Indiana residents and $740.72 /credit for out-of-state residents. For one three-credit course, Indiana residents will pay $855.57 and out-of-state residents will pay $2,222.16 — this does not include student fees. Financial aid is available for degree-seeking graduate students taking at least 4 credit hours in a semester. Graduate Non-Degree students are ineligible for financial aid. View IUPUI financial aid information.
